My journey into motherhood profoundly shaped who I am today. The challenges, joys, ups and downs and ever evolving moments I’ve experienced as a mother ignited a passion within me to support other women on their own unique journeys. My goal is to help them navigate the challenges, embrace and enjoy this incredible time of life as much as possible.

Over time, I knew that I wanted to take this to the next level by pursuing professional training. I am deeply committed to helping mothers and families feel supported, empowered and cared for through the postnatal period. My aim is to make this sometimes overwhelming, yet deeply rewarding, chapter of life a more positive and fulfilling experience. The best part of my job is that it doesn’t feel like one.

I am proud to be fully qualified through the Birth Bliss Academy, I hold a DBS check and full insurance. I have reviews and testimonials from lots of the previous families I have worked with so you can trust that you’re in safe hands.
I’m 43, a proud mother to three wonderful boys aged 16, 14, and 11—and the caretaker of our quirky pet bearded dragon, Buddy. My days are often filled with the joyful chaos of parenting, from cheering on my boys at their sports matches (usually in the freezing cold) to enjoying meals out and making memories with friends and family or being anywhere with the sun on my face.

Since turning 40, I’ve made several well intentioned attempts to commit to some form of exercise. However, more often than not, in my spare moments I find myself giving in to the lure of yummy foods, Netflix and a cosy duvet. Balancing life with three extremely active boys tends to take priority and I like to tell myself that racing up and down stairs or chauffeuring them to endless activities will have to count as exercise…. It’s a choice I may regret one day, but for now, it works.
I am based in N14, but I happily support families in North, East and some parts of west London, Essex, Hertfordshire, and surrounding areas within a 45 min travel distance.
